If you are not familiar with what this is.... you sign up as a member. Then whenever someone emails the list with a question, comment, etc..... the email is sent out to all the members so they can respond if they want. You can receive them as individual emails, or as a daily digest. There is also an archive on the site so you can go back and read previously posted messages. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.
